Many of us reach a point where something isn't working — the job, the relationships, the goals that feel just out of reach — caught in a cycle of one frustration after another.
What often sits beneath the surface, quietly shaping our perspective about who we are, what we're capable of, and what we deserve, is a story — one that has been running so long it feels unchangeable. Without realizing it, that story became the lens through which we now interpret and react to the world around us.
What if I told you…
What is the story you’re telling yourself?
THE TRUTH
You can rewrite the story.
And when you do, everything becomes possible.
THE SHIFT
The shift I help you make is in refocusing the lens you're looking through — from feeling like a passive participant in a life simply happening to you, to becoming the designer of the life you actually want.
This is where The Reframe begins.
THE WORK
The Reframe is the honest work of getting out of your own way — allowing you to show up in the world authentically, overcome obstacles, and reach your goals.
Through open conversation we slow down to identify your core challenges and the narratives driving them. We reexamine their validity and rebuild a sound framework. From that foundation, through the use of practical tools and accountability, we move into intentional and positive action towards success.
THE SIGNS
Conflicts or disconnect at work, friction in your relationships, a loss of purpose or direction — these aren't random. They are signals worth getting curious about.
Whether you're experiencing one or all of these signs, this is a space to find your footing.
Does this resonate for you?
You know what you want but can't seem to reach your goals.
You keep finding yourself in the same situations and don't know why.
You've lost your sense of direction and aren't sure what the next steps are.
You're ready to stop reacting to everything around you and start responding with more clarity and intention.

Virtual SessionsThroughout my professional and personal life, I’ve noticed people getting stuck in the same place, focused solely on the external — what was said and done to them and how they were treated — leaving them frustrated and waiting for something outside themselves to change.
I know this because for a long time, that person was me.
After years in corporate America I pivoted to real estate — and over the next decade rose from leasing agent to Chief Customer Officer. I thought reaching that title would feel like true success. It didn't. My professional achievements felt hollow, my values misaligned or worse, blank. At the same time I found myself in an abusive and chaotic relationship. I was truly dismayed at how I ended up in this place, and a question emerged: is this how I want to live the rest of my life?
I had spent so much time surviving life that I had never stopped to ask what I actually wanted my life to look and feel like. Not imposed or borrowed goals. Not someone else's definition of success. But mine.
I know how it feels to lose yourself — to grief, to a career, to a story someone else handed you. Time in therapy, on the yoga mat and in the books asking the hard questions taught me how to create my new path forward. My lived experience and a relentless curiosity about the human condition is what brought me to coaching.
The Reframe is the work I've done on myself — and what I'm meant to share with you. Not so everything becomes perfect because life is never perfect. But so you are well equipped with a deep trust in yourself to navigate whatever comes — and to continue designing the life you actually want.
